Contacting us

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, message and submission time are saved securely so AdCorner can respond. We also record enquiry status and email delivery status. We use Resend to send enquiry notifications when configured.

How we use your information

We use information you send us to respond to your enquiry, discuss the services you request and manage our relationship with you. Please do not include sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Website services

We use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to measure website visits, interactions and successful contact-form submissions. These tools load automatically when you visit and may use cookies and device or browser information. We do not send your contact-form name, email address or message in our enquiry conversion event. You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. Resend and our email provider process notification messages under their respective privacy practices. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers help limit spam. Contact us if you wish to request deletion of your enquiry.

Website dashboard analytics

Our own website dashboard records page paths, referring website domains, screen-size device groups, loading times and whether a page was visible for at least ten seconds. A random session identifier stored in your browser session storage groups page visits. These analytics records do not contain your name, email address, message or IP address and are retained for up to 180 days. This dashboard is separate from Google Analytics.
